Various drive systems
Door systems and drives can be used both as industrial doors and as garage doors. As the manufacturer, we are able to offer highly customised solutions with a great deal of scope in terms of visual design and control technology.
Folding doors in the folding combinations 1 + 1, 1 + 0, 0 + 1, 2 + 1, 1 + 2 and 2 + 2 can be operated electrically. As an option, the robust pneumatic drive can also be used for high-speed doors.
Safety features
BATOR uses the latest safety technology. In addition to the tried-and-tested safety features that are used by default, such as contact strips and light barriers, state-of-the-art detectors such as lasers and radar are also used. Together, they recognise an approaching danger in advance and reverse or stop the door movement early on.
Design
BATOR folding doors can be suspended or ground-supported and contain any number of elements. Doors can be produced and assembled up to a height of more than 36 ft. (12 metres). Certificates
The BATOR folding door also leads the way in terms of security, which can be scaled as required: BATOR folding doors can also be requested in a certified WK3 / RC3 version or with additional bullet resistance up to certificate FB4 / BR4. Our security folding doors are used in national banks, museums, prisons, value transport companies, military and civil security facilities around the world and protect people and goods from impending danger on a daily basis.
For the North American market, our door systems have been successfully hurricane certified at the highest Miami Dade level.
Installation & Maintenance
The assembly of our door systems is simple and efficient: with good preparation and suitable tools, the door can be assembled and put into operation in a matter of hours.
All elements such as trolleys, shafts, guide rails, rollers and drive units are designed in such a way that they operate for many decades with minimal material wear and maintenance requirements.
